I put them in my hiking boots and it felt a little wierd at first with the Deep Heel Cupping and pronounced arch. The arch actually felt like it might be to far back for my feet until I started to walk on it and they felt fine. Carrying about 50 lbs, on previous recent hikes, my feet ached when I finished for the day. With these insoles, I did not have that aching.

Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase and significant improvement over the insoles that came in my Vosque boots
